Thanks to the financial support of the Croatian National Foundation for Science, Higher Education and Technological Development (NZZ) virtually all your expenses will be either covered directly or reimbursed.

1. Lodging

Lodging will be organized in Ravnice Youth Hostel. For more details click the "Accommodation" tag on the left menu. All lodging expenses (including breakfast) will be covered directly, and you do not have to worry about that. The information on when you plan to arrive to and leave Zagreb would be, however, highly appreciated. Normally, the accommodation is arranged for three nights: 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th of March, for all participants who are not residents of Zagreb metropolitan area (City of Zagreb and Zagreb County).

2. Food

Lunches and coffee breaks will be organized at the Ruđer Bošković Institute and payed directly by the organizer. It's up to you to organize your evening meal however.

3. Travel

As for the travel expenses, for those of you travelling by train or bus, you should purchase your ticket on your own, and upon return send to me the original (used) travel document by regular mail to the address written below. For those travelling by plane, I shall need the original e-ticket plus both boarding passes sent to me by regular mail. When sending your travel documents, please make sure that you provide all the bank account details (the name of the bank, address of the bank, IBAN, SWIFT CODE, account number). The administration of the RBI will reimburse your travel expenses immediately upon arrival of your travel documents.

Please note that we will not be able to reimburse your travel expenses if you travel by private car.
