  •  Who is eligible to apply?

The number of participants of the Workshop is limited to 25, out of which, at least two thirds have to be Croatian nationals. Other participants will be chosen among the motivated students from SEE countries (in alphabetical order): Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.

  •  When and how should I apply?

The application procedure is designed to be as simple as possible. If you are interrested in attending this workshop, please send a short letter of motivation (as an attachment to your e-mail message) to the organizer (dr Aleksandar Višnjevac, RBI, Zagreb, Croatia) by Friday, January 22nd, 2010. The letter should contain a short description of your research and even shorter info on your previous experience with the CSD (previous experience is not mandatory!!!). A separate e-mail with the letter of recommendation should be sent by your supervisor to the same e-mail address.

  •  When and where will the list of accepted participants be published?

The list of participants will be published here, at latest by February, 5th, 2010.

  •  How much will it cost me (or my supervisor)?

Almost nothing!!! Thanks to the Croatian National Foundation for Science, Higher Education and Technological Development (NZZ) virtually all your major expenses will be reimbursed. We will cover both your travel expenses (bus or train ticket) and your accommodation in Zagreb (for more, see the accommodation tab on the left menu). On top of it, we shall provide the lunches for you in the restaurant of the Ruđer Bošković Institute, as well as the refreshments in the morning and in the afternoon, during the breaks.
