Centre for Informatics and Computing

Centre for Informatics and Computing is constitutional unit of the Institute, in which science projects, development programs and services to scientists are being run in the fields of optoelectronics, informatics and computing.

Constitutional units of CIR are:

Laboratory for optoelectronics and visualisations
Runs science and R&D projects.
Department for development of ICT systems
Develops infrastructure, hardware and programming in field of modern informatics and computing technologies.
Department for management information systems
Builds and maintains information systems of the Institute.
Services department
Maintains infrastrucutre, implements new technologies and provides logistics and assistance, gives services to Institute's scientists in the filed of informatics and computing.
