Dr. Rowe has posted nice examples how to use SPSS and Minitab to solve problems from his book (www.staff.ljmu.ac.uk/phaprowe/pharmstats.htm). My ambition is to use the R programming language for the same purpose. This is an early version of the manuscript (0.1), and I'll need a few more months to polish code, graphics, explanations, and my rusty English.
Do no hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.
Acknowledgments
I am especially grateful to Prof. Filip Čulo who encouraged me to compile some sort of computer exercises for introductory statistics course.
