Jasminka Popović, postgraduate student in the Division of Materials Chemistry, was awarded with the first prize for her poster under the title  Influence of chromium doping on thermal expansion of mullite between 480 and 940 °C  at the "Ninth International Workshop on Crystallography: Recent Advances in X-Ray Powder Diffraction" that was held from 27th November to 2nd December 2004 in Assiut, Egypt.
