The Department of Molecular Biology, Rudjer Boskovic Institute, is offering the sale of low molecular weight DNA standards for agarose gels. Our MW standard is ideal for the determination of DNA lengths from 100 to 1500 base pairs (bp). The smallest fragment in the standard is 142 bp long and the longer fragments are dimers, trimers etc. For those of you doing PCR routinely, there is no better or cheaper DNA standard on the market. Call or e-mail and you will receive a sample of these DNA markers sufficient for ten loadings (free of charge).
