2000 - The Rector award for my thesis “Chloroplast isomerase TLP40 gene homologue sll0408 has the important role in cyanobacterium Synechocystis PCC6803 biogenesis” (Performed at the Rudjer Boskovic Institute, Zagreb from 1999-2000, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nikola Ljubesic and Dr. Hrvoje Fulgosi).

1998 - Scholarship by the Ministry of Science and Technology (Zagreb) on the basis of my   grades. The scholarship was awarded to me for the whole period of my studying.
