NMR spectra acquisition and interpretation

NMR spectrometer Bruker Avance 600 equipped with superconducting magnet (14 T) and two probes for liquid samples, each containing a broadband channel. Covered frequency range of 24 - 600 MHz enables analysis of the majority of isotopes (from 107Ag to 1H). Operating temperature range is 223 - 373 K.

NMR spectrometer Bruker Avance 600 is equipped with a 14 T superconducting magnet and two probes for 5 mm diameter liquid state samples: Double resonance broad band probe - BBO (an observe tunable multinuclear probe, optimized for X-nuclei detection) and Triple resonance broad band probe - TBI (an inverse tunable multinuclear probe, optimized for 1H detection). Broadband channel with frequency range 24 – 243 MHz can be optimized for nuclei from 107Ag to 31P. Both probes can use Z-gradient at all frequencies. Measurements can be performed in the temperature range of 223 - 373 K.
