Teacher in village Bjelina near Benkovac in Bukovica 1964_6. He choosed that village without electricity to earn and save more money needed for starting of his study.

student

Study of experimental physics at Faculty of Science in Zagreb University. Because lack of money during the study, he worked as labourer, stoker and tutor of mathematics&physics. In spite of that, he successfully graduated in regular (1966_71 years) time with theme "Coincident analyser of gamma rays polarization" and become volunteer assistant at Ruđer Bošković Institute (RBI) in Zagreb.

With theme "Energy distribution of the electron-photon double decay in 85Rb", he successfully finished postgraduate study of nuclear physics & elementar particle physics ie reached B.S.-physics degree at Zagreb University in regular (1971_4 years) time and employed at RBI.

lecturer

He married in 1974, son and daughter were born soon. A postgraduate professor proposed him position for getting Ph.D. degree in Germany. Because of family reasons, he was dissabled to accept that excellent opportunity which changed his life for ever. Besides job position at RBI, he had have joint positions at the Faculty of Science (16 years) and at Rade Končar Higher School (4 years) in Zagreb.

When his children grew up, the family veto of travelling abroad was broken and his scientific career restarted. Soon he achieved Ph.D. degree with theme "Measurement of the half-life of the first state of 205Pb" in 1994. That was excellent experiment where channeltron was used as sofisticated device for detection of extreme low energy particles which brought him scientific researcher position at RBI.

Another famous experiments (searches for hadronic axions from solar core - see JobPage) brought him present senior scientific researcher position at RBI. Those experiments are  adopted by worldwide famous Particle Data Group in its reports which present some kind of Particle Physics Bible.
