Spectrometer Jasco J-815 measures spectra of circular dichroism CD and optical rotational dichroism ORD, together with simultaneous measurement of several variants of UV/vis spectra.
During the measurement instrument is under flow of nitrogen.
Spectral range: 180 - 900 nm
Accessories:
Peltier cuvette holder for sample temperature control in the 5 – 90 °C range ± 0.50 °C.
Optical pathlength range: 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 1 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm
