Lecture Entitled Role and Importance of Programming in Mathematics and Science

On Thursday February 18th, 2010, Ruđer Bošković Institute and Element Ltd. publishers will cosponsor a lecture entitled Role and importance of programming in mathematics and science. The lecture will be held at 11 am in the lecture hall of building III on the RBI campus.

The lecture will be held in conjunction with the book launch for Learn to program with C++ by Krešimir Čosić and Petar Marendić. In addition to the authors, Neven Elezović, PhD (FER), Karolj Skala, PhD (IRB) and Marijan Đurek, PhD (FER) will also speak at this event.
