The project includes innovative solutions to be used for the diversification and adaptation of fishing equipment for the manipulation of the catch of small pelagic fish , in order to improve the quality of their catch and selection, based on complex research into their oxidative stress, fatty acid and amino acid composition, genetic structure, behavior and population variability
