River water sampling for measurement of dissolved and nanoparticulate metals, and measurement of several physico-chemical water parameters (dissolved oxygen, water temperature, conductivity, pH) was conducted on 27^th May 2025, during the period of stable water-level and water discharge.

Five sampling sites were encompassed, covering the entire section of the Mura River flowing within Croatia: location where the Mura River enters Croatia, Mursko Središće, Podturen, Goričan, and Kotoriba.
