  • Environmental impact assessments of: aquacultures, marinas to coastal sea, submarine outlets
  • Capacity assessment of: environment for aquaculture, protected areas for boats and yachts
  • Environmental capacity increase for aquacultures
  • Estimation of water and solute transport in environment
  • Prediction of hypoxia in seas and lakes
  • Inventory and threat assessment of fungi in particular geographic areas
  • Identification of fungi
  • Development of information systems for environmental protection and management: surface water quality and impact of river navigation
  • Development of Web GIS applications
  • Creation of digital charts and GPS data transformation
