The entrance to the venue might be tricky to find. It is between the buildings. There is a souvenir shop on the left, a jewellery shop on the right, and a clothes store opposite the entrance. Please take a look at the link above.

How to get to Šibenik

IMPORTANT NOTICE: direct bus lines between airports and Šibenik have unfortunately been cancelled. Please read the bus instructions below.

1) Zadar Airport (https://www.zadar-airport.hr/) - cca. 1 h car ride, NW from Šibenik
If going by bus, take the Zadar Airport - Zadar Bus Station line (https://zadar-airport.hr/en/how-to-get-here/?sekcija=poslovni; cca. 15 min ride).
At the Zadar Bus Station, take a bus to Šibenik Bus Station (~ 1 h 20 min ride).

2) Split Airport (https://www.split-airport.hr/hr/) - cca. 1 h car ride, SE from Šibenik
If going by bus, take the Split Airport - Trogir Bus Station line 37 (cca. 10 min ride; buses run every 20 mins). Then, take the line Trogir Bus Station - Šibenik Bus Station (~1 h ride). 

Shared PPNW taxi ride (airport - Šibenik): price per person will be 25 to 60 €, depending on the number of interested people. If you are interested, please fill in the poll received by email no later than August 17. Groups will be organised based on arrival & departure times to reduce the shuttle fare.

Oral & poster presentation formats

Oral presentations have to be planned as follows: 30 minutes presentation + 15 minutes discussion (keynote talk) and 15 minutes presentation + 10 minutes discussion (regular talk).
Both .pdf and .pptx formats are accepted. We kindly ask all speakers to upload their presentation to the conference computer before the start of their session.

The poster session will take place on Thursday evening, accompanied by a light dinner. Posters should be prepared in B1 format (707 × 1000 mm), portrait orientation. If you are unable to print your poster in this format, please contact us in advance at iva.dominovic@gmail.com or marija.margus@irb.hr.
The posters will be collected at the Civitas Sacra venue on September 1 (Tuesday), during the day, and on September 2 (Wednesday), during the morning sessions.

General practical information

In Šibenik, almost everything is within walking distance. 

Electrical sockets type C are used (https://www.iqsdirectory.com/articles/power-cord/electrical-plugs.html), standard voltage is 220 V at a frequency of 50 Hz. 

Important numbers are: 112 – EU emergency number; 194 – emergency medical service; 192 – police
