REGISTRATION PROCEDURES & CONDITIONS
All participants must be registered to access the The Annual International Workshop on Physical Processes in Natural Waters PPNW2026.
Full payment should be received before July 21 (until 23:59 UTC) and can be made by the Bank transfer (Invoice payment).
All expenses shall be borne by ordering customer. Please note that intermediary bank fees may be applied, please verify with your local bank.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If the user cannot attend the workshop, it is possible to transfer the registration to another attendee.

For cancellations received on or before July 21 (until 23:59 UTC), the full amount paid minus a 20% processing fee will be refunded.
No refund will be issued for cancellations after July 22 (from 00:00 UTC), unless in accordance with the Emergency Policy below.
All cancellations or requests for transfer must be sent in writing via events@irbinstitute.com

Emergency Policy
Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the workshop due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, the Main Office must be contacted by phone, letter or e-mail. If the initial notification is by phone, it must be followed up in writing. Refunds will still be subject to the 20% processing fee.
