A team of five young researchers and postdocs will improve professionally in the context of scientific excellence. Their competence in the development and characterization of nano-structured materials for photovoltaic cells will strengthen. This will be achieved through teamwork in the context of a high-ranking applied research performed under the supervision of three mentors. Based on published results and acquired skills and realized connections with other laboratories in the EU, the conditions for their inclusion in the EU's research area will be created. The team will be trained also for cooperation with the business sector.
