The apparatus allows steady state fluorescence measurements to be performed on liquid samples with a water bath temperature control. The sample volume of  200-3000 μL (1 cm optical path) is appropriate. The experiments are based on fluorescence emission intensity detection including relative quantum yiled and anisotropy in the wavelength region from 200-600 nm.
