The aim of the project is to enhance the market readiness of the research and development results for an innovative derivatisation reagent and the associated methodology for analysing unknown proteins and peptides, leading to technology transfer and protection of the intellectual property of the innovative KOBASS product. The project will address issues such as the discovery of new, previously unknown proteins and peptides, the accuracy of biological species identification, the stability of derivatisation reagents, and the utilisation of the latest technologies in protein and peptide analysis. The target groups include the applicant, as well as employees and researchers involved in the project, who will have the opportunity to increase their knowledge and competitiveness in the labour market.
