The BioSpec-nano is a spectrophotometer suitable for carrying out concentration checks for DNA and RNA nucleic acid samples. Quantitation of DNA and RNA can be rapidly and simply carried out with very small samples ranging from 1 µL, and analysis throughput is improved due to dedicated functions, such as automated sample mounting and wiping, and easy-to-use operation software.
