The project aims to bring together European research groups and address the challenges associated with heterogeneous and hierarchical computer systems from the fields of high-performance computing. The project involves a total of 26 European countries . As part of the project, CIR aims to develop new algorithms for solving complex problems in the field of numerical analysis using heterogeneous computer systems based on graphics cards for general use.
