Monitoring fish diseases in both farmed and wild population in sea and freshwater was carried out to determine if fish diseases have effects on environmental balance and human health.

On the field we examined basic biometric values with clinical, gross pathological and parasitological examination.Samples from organs were taken for laboratory examination on viruses, bacteria, histological changes and hematological analysis. Along with fish analysis physical, chemical and biological features of water were monitored.
