“Nways to GPU Programming” Bootcamp is a virtual two-day workshop designed to educate participants about different GPU programming models. Participants will be able to choose the GPU programming model that best suits the needs for running their scientific codes and programs on GPUs.
Bootcamp is organized by members of the Croatian Competence Center for HPC and NVIDIA, and will be held in a virtual format in Central European Time, starting at 9:00 am on October 28, 2021. All communication will take place via Zoom, Slack and email.
The workshop will start on the first day with a lecture on the introduction to GPU programming using OpenACC, OpenMP, stdpar and CUDA C, while on the second day the practical possibilities of application analysis using GPU or NVIDIA® Nsight system will be presented.
Prerequisite for participation in the workshop is basic experience with C / C ++ or Fortran, while knowledge of GPU programming is not required. During the Bootcamp, participants will gain access to the GPU cluster.
Participation in the workshop is free, and the application deadline is October 13, 2021.
